PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY Notice Required: I kindly ask for 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer your slot to other clients and maintain a fair availability for everyone. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of Service Cost, which will be charged to your account or credit card on file. For new clients, I do require a credit or debit card on file. No-Shows: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying me will result in a no-show fee of 100% of Service Cost. This fee compensates me and my time and lost appointment opportunity. In order to rebook, that amount has to be paid in full. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, I may need to shorten or adjust your service to accommodate subsequent appointments. Full-service fees will still apply. Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience a genuine emergency and cannot make your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to waive the cancellation fees under these circumstances, at my discretion. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate your request and find a convenient alternative time for your service. Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Salon Reverie Natchez has a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Salon Reverie Natchez at (601) 330-5474 or mpw.reverie@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
